I joined the fire service in 1996, not really knowing what lay ahead for me, but from day one I fell in love with the job and thankfully have never looked back.  I did my recruit course in Sligo f/s and completed my training in Bray f/s with the breathing apparatus wearers course.  I have also completed the first responder course in the O Brien institute Marino in Dublin I have made some very good friends and learned a lot from them.  I would like to thank the former Station officer Joe Barnes for all his help and advice over the last four years .

I am married to Karen and we have been blessed with three wonderful daughters, Sarah Niamh Emma

When Im not working I like to spend time on the computer doing basically anything!!

I also like to shoot, but unfortunately I don't get to do that as often as I'd like to.
